WhaDAKAYO ("the Service"), operated by Gabriel Cassady and 2oddballs Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI Business Visibility Monitoring platform.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, business name, and an encrypted version of your password.
Search Data: We store the business names you search for and the AI-generated results returned by our integrated models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity).
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription details but do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers.
Usage Data: We collect analytics data including pages visited, features used, and search frequency using Google Analytics (GA4).
Technical Data: We may collect IP addresses for rate limiting and security purposes. This data is not stored permanently.
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process your searches and deliver AI visibility results; manage your account and subscription; send you service-related emails (welcome emails, search results, alerts); improve and optimize the Service; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraudulent or unauthorized use.
We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to provide the Service:
AI Model Providers: Business names and search context are sent to OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and Perplexity to generate search results. These providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
SendGrid: Email delivery for account notifications and search results. See Twilio/SendGrid's Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics: Website usage analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Railway: Cloud hosting and database services.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including: encryption of passwords using bcrypt hashing; HTTPS encryption for all data in transit; secure JWT-based authentication; rate limiting to prevent abuse; and security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options).
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data and search history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We use Google Analytics for usage tracking, which may set its own cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
